Federal Housing Funding Streams

This table provides an overview of federal housing-related programs that could be leveraged to help fund the sustainable expansion of service coordination in federally subsidized housing and other homes in the community. When selecting funding sources, partners must consider federal requirements and restrictions for each source. For this tool's multi-sector audience, this table uses "individual" instead of program-specific terms such as "tenants."
