Shared Learning Groups
Every three months, The Link Center hosts shared learning groups for direct support professionals, clinical professionals, family members, and people with lived experience. These groups provide opportunities to dive into important topics and tap into your expertise and experiences related to people with cognitive disabilities, including intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and brain injuries, and mental health conditions. These meetings are led by members of our steering committee and project partners. More about groups
Technical Assistance
The Link Center can be a resource for technical assistance to state disability and mental health agency staff, provider agencies, direct support professionals, clinicians, and others in the health care workforce. We can provide connections to reliable resources, share promising practices, and, in some cases, offer individual consultations on topics that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), brain injuries, other cognitive disabilities, or communication disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions to live well in the community.
