ACL Webinar on Care Management Programs – The Build vs. Buy Discussion

September 26, 2017

ACL's Office of Nutrition and Health Promotion Programs (ONHPP), in collaboration with consultant Tim McNeill, invites you to a business acumen webinar on how to approach a negotiation with a health system or Managed Care Organizations (MCO) when they have decided to build their own care management program instead of buying care management from a Community Based Organization (CBO) partner.

Don't miss this event taking place on Thursday, September 28 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm ET.

This webinar will also guide participants through examples of how for-profit care management programs are marketing to physicians to provide outsourced care management services. As always, participants will also have an opportunity to ask any other business acumen-related questions after the presentation.

The TIM Talks webinar series feature discussion of various business acumen topics in an inviting Q&A format. We challenge you to stump Tim with your questions!

Webinar Presenter and Facilitator:

Tim McNeill, Independent Health Care Consultant

Phantane Sprowls, ONHPP Program Analyst, ACL
