President Trump Signs Autism Care Act.

NJ News (10/1, Arco) reports, “President Donald Trump signed the ‘Autism Cares Act’ into law on Monday, which pumps $1.8 billion over the next three years into programs to help the 1.5 million children on the autistic spectrum.” The law will continue funding for those programs “over the next five years and could help children with autism living in New Jersey – which has the highest rate of autistic children in the country.” In a tweet, Trump said, “I was proud to sign the Autism CARES Bill! We support research for Americans with Autism and their families. You are not forgotten, we are fighting for you!”
