The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is working with the Administration for Community Living through the National Quality Forum (NQF) to address quality measurement in person-centered planning.
As part of NQF’s ongoing effort to ensure full accessibility to the web-based meeting approach for this project, they are offering a webinar to assist participants to fully access the web meetings.
