Are you looking for a way to recognize the groundbreaking work of your community-based organization (CBO) or a partner CBO that is contracting with health care entities? Make a nomination to The John A. Hartford Foundation 2022 Business Innovation Award.
Presented by the Aging and Disability Business Institute, The John A. Hartford Foundation Business Innovation Award honors aging and disability CBOs for innovative approaches to serving older adults and people with disabilities through cross-sector contracts and partnerships with health care. This year, the Business Institute encourages nominations that highlight innovations in CBO-health care contracting related to advance care planning, caregiving, COVID-19 response, and dementia care, or those that address health equity and/or health disparities.
All recipients will be presented with a plaque and the first-place winner will receive a monetary award of up to $5,000 during USAging’s Annual Conference and Tradeshow, which will take place July 10-13 in Austin, TX.
