The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation's National Paralysis Resource Center is hosting a webinar that will explore obstacles to employment experienced by members of the LGBTQ+ community and ideas on how to overcome them. Featuring a panel discussion, the webinar will examine unconscious biases in the workplace, workplace culture, avenues for success, and what equality in the workplace looks like. Panelists will share their experiences and perspectives to empower audience members to identify and address barriers to employment and inclusion in the workplace. Strategies for the removal of these barriers by organizations and businesses will also be discussed.
This event is FREE for everyone to attend. Live captioning will be available.
