CDSME Funding Opportunity Announcements Now Available

The FY 2020 Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (CDSME) Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) are now available via Grants.gov. There are two distinct FOAs this year:

• 2020 Empowering Communities to Address Behavioral Health and Chronic Pain through Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs
• 2020 Integrated Networks to Deliver and Sustain Evidence-Based Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs

Details on the respective informational conference calls can be found within the Executive Summary of each FOA. Letters of Intent (optional) for both competitions are due on December 19, 2019. Application due date for both competitions is January 29, 2020.
