The Aging and Disability Business Institute at USAging wants to hear from you about your community-based organization’s (CBO’s) health care contracting experience.

The Business Institute’s CBO-Health Care Contracting Survey is key to helping us understand how CBOs and community care hubs (CCHs) are adapting to opportunities and challenges in an evolving health care market. Your response is instrumental in raising the visibility of CBO-health care partnerships, determining trends in contracting, and highlighting challenges. This information also helps educate policymakers and health care partners on the breadth, capacity, and opportunity for CBOs and CCHs to support and improve health outcomes. The Business Institute wants to hear from all CBOs and CCHs, even if you have no health care contracts.

The survey is open until April 15. If your organization has already received a unique link to complete the survey, please use that link. If you have not received a unique link for your organization, please use the button below to access the survey.

This survey is conducted with funding from The John A. Hartford Foundation and in partnership with Scripps Gerontology Center at Miami University. Questions and technical issues can be directed to CBOsurvey@MiamiOH.edu.
