Join us for an informational webinar on ACL's Cultivating Connected Communities Prize Challenge.

Community gardens play a critical role in improving access to nutritious food, supporting healthy lifestyles, and strengthening social connections. Yet many remain inaccessible to people with disabilities and older adults, particularly in rural, frontier and Tribal areas.

This prize challenge aims to reduce social isolation and address these gaps by supporting community-led solutions that make sustainable gardens more inclusive, accessible, and impactful.

During the webinar, participants will learn about the:

  • Challenge background
  • Phase 1 prize design
  • Submission requirements
  • Key dates and next steps

Whether you are just getting started or refining your idea, this webinar will help you prepare your submission. We encourage you to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to gain valuable information.

Submit questions in advance via the registration form or by emailing CultivatingConnections@acl.hhs.gov
