ACL works with states, communities, and partner organizations to help older adults and people with disabilities live independently and participate fully in community life. ACL does not provide services directly to individuals, but it can help older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, and families connect with local programs and support.
The Eldercare Locator connects older adults, families, and caregivers to trusted local resources, including meals and nutrition intervention, home care, transportation, caregiver training and education, and respite support.
