Disability Information & Access Locator

The Disability Information and Access Locator (DIAL) helps people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers who need assistance get connected to information about ACL-funded state and local community organizations that support independent living. The DIAL database also includes the Client Assistance Program (CAP), which primarily assists with issues related to employment, including people who are working or want to work.
