Launched in partnership between the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Housing and Services Resource Center (HSRC) fosters cross-sector partnerships between the organizations and systems that provide housing resources and homelessness services, health care and mental health services, independent living services and other supportive services. HHS and HUD are working together to expand accessible, affordable housing; streamline access to services; coordinate and better leverage resources; and ultimately help people exit homelessness and live in sustainable, affordable community housing.
