The event will bring together local, state, and national leaders from across sectors to highlight social connections through nutrition and physical activity. Day one of the Summit will focus on social connection and its role in senior nutrition programs and services. Day two will highlight how group community-based exercise and physical activities promote social connection and support health and well-being.

Registration is free but required. Visit the event pageto view the full agenda. This event will include CART captioning and ASL interpretation. Contact info@committoconnect.org with any questions.
