ACL has released a new funding opportunity for the establishment of the National Volunteer Care Corps. Under this new opportunity, ACL will fund one cooperative agreement under which the grantee will focus activity in two priority areas: 1) adding to the nation’s capacity to support volunteer programs that provide non-medical care to assist caregivers, older adults, and/or persons with disabilities; and 2) advancing innovative models that support local volunteer programs that provide non-medical care to assist caregivers, older adults, and/or persons with disabilities.

I kindly want to know if this funding is also available for organizations in africa that are doing volunteering services.
