2/ The Limb Loss Resource Center is comparably adjusted for FY 2014 to reflect the $2.8 million transfer of the program from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to ACL in FY 2015.
3/ The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act transferred three programs from the Department of Education to ACL. Funding for these programs was appropriated to Education in FY 2015 and will be transferred to ACL later in FY 2015 upon completion of a determination order approved by OMB.
