Are you part of a team that is promoting alternatives to guardianship in your state? If the answer is yes, apply today for the Center on Youth Voice, Youth Choice's State Community of Practice on Alternatives to Guardianship for Youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This state Community of Practice will foster a rich dialogue around best practices, support long-term change, and center the voices of youth leaders in this work. Community of Practice member states will work together to create lasting systemic change in their states.

The Center on Youth Voice, Youth Choice (CYVYC) is a national youth resource center on alternatives to guardianship. It promotes the use of alternatives to guardianship nationally through research, self-advocacy, outreach, coalition building and education.
