Webinar 12/11: Resources for Living Well with Limb Loss and Limb Difference

December 5, 2019

Register for the webinar on Wednesday, December 11 at 1 pm ET.

As the holiday season approaches, many people will be gathering with friends and family, and meeting new people. The National Limb Loss Resource Center (managed by the Amputee Coalition) wants to be a helpful resource during this time and remind you of the materials and resources available to you, your loved ones, and others about living well with limb loss and limb difference.

In this webinar, the National Limb Loss Resource Center will share some highlights from 2019, and what they are looking forward to in 2020. They will also talk about the Resource Center and how one simple phone call can help the people in your life learn more about what we do and what matters to our community.

The mission of the National Limb Loss Resource Center (operated by the Amputee Coalition) is to reach out to and empower people affected by limb loss to achieve their full potential through education, support, advocacy, and the promotion of limb loss prevention. The National Limb Loss Resource Center programs use both traditional and innovative approaches to educate and inform people with limb loss, their family members, health care providers, policy makers, community members, and the general public about limb loss and limb difference. Resources include information and referral by phone and email, support groups and peer support, educational events, and a national website.
