The Aging and Disability Business Institute is now accepting nominations for The John A. Hartford Foundation 2020 Business Innovation Award.

Now in its fifth year, The John A. Hartford Foundation 2020 Business Innovation Award recognizes aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs) for their innovative approaches to reducing health care costs and improving the well-being of older adults and people with disabilities through strategic partnership with health care entities. Presented by the Aging and Disability Business Institute, the award draws attention to innovation strategies in the aging network and spurs the replication of these partnerships nationwide. This year we especially invite applicants to highlight innovations related to health care contracting and COVID-19 response, or those addressing issues of health equity or health disparities in the context of health care contracts.

Winners will be awarded with a plaque and monetary award of up to $5,000 during the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging Virtual Conference and Tradeshow.

Nominations are set to close July 31, 2020, so be sure to submit your nominations soon!
