Deadline Extended for Survey from the Aging and Disability Business Institute: May 15

May 11, 2020

Complete the survey by Friday, May 15.

The Aging and Disability Business Institute at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a), wants to hear from you! In partnership with Scripps Gerontology Center of Excellence at Miami University, the Business Institute is seeking information on how aging and disability community-based organizations (CBOs) are building networks and partnerships with health care entities. A CBO does not have to be engaged in health care contracting to participate in this survey.

Responses are critical to capturing the information needed to help the Business Institute develop resources and materials to support CBOs at all stages of their health care contracting journeys. The Business Institute will also use the survey responses to inform policymakers and health care professionals on the growing capacity of aging and disability CBOs to perform these services.

As an added bonus, CBOs that complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary registration up to $700 for a conference of their choice!

If you have received a unique link for your organization, please complete the survey via that link. If you have questions about completing the survey or are experience technical issues, contact the Survey Helpline at (855) 359-3033 or AAAsurvey@MiamiOH.edu. If you have not received a unique link for your organization, you can provide your answers to the survey here.

Thanks for taking the time to share your valuable insights!
