The Elizabeth Dole Foundation is now accepting grant applications for the 2019 Hidden Heroes Fund. This fund is dedicated to supporting innovative programs that make a direct impact on the lives of America’s military and veteran caregivers.
The Foundation seeks proposals for innovative programs that can make a direct impact on the lives of America's military caregivers.
The Foundation will be granting a total of $500,000 to organizations ready to build or expand military caregiver programs and will prioritize applicants who demonstrate the greatest potential of making measurable progress in the following areas:
- Caregiver case management
- Employment and workplace support
- Mental health
- Respite
Applications will be accepted through Friday, April 5.
