In this webinar, NCAPPS and national partners will provide an overview of key NCAPPS resources and outline how they can potentially assist human services agencies in meeting and surpassing the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule requirements for person-centered planning which came into effect in 2014. Pearl Barnett is an experienced leader providing technical assistance and managing state long-term services and supports (LTSS), including home and community-based services, Medicaid Waivers, No Wrong Door systems, person-centered practices, and equity.

Mary P. Sowers joined the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) in 2014 and became the NASDDDS executive director in 2019.
