As we celebrate DD Awareness Month, join DETAC as they highlight the utilization of creative technological platforms to help grantees connect people with disabilities to competitive, integrated employment (CIE) opportunities. Grantees have a responsibility to engage with employers at various levels which can be daunting when employers are consumed with the burdens of productivity, new COVID protocols, and staffing shortages.
This webinar will showcase Mentra, the 2021 grand prize winner for ACL’s Inclusive Talent Pipeline for American Business Prize Challenge, who successfully developed a digital hiring platform that connects recruiters and neurodiverse applicants through the use of an intelligent matching platform. The webinar also includes an employer and an individual with a disability both using the innovative platform developed by Mentra to meet their respective needs.

The ACL-funded Disability Employment Technical Assistance Center provides evidence-based training and technical assistance to the Administration on Disabilities grantees for improving competitive, integrated employment (CIE) and economic outcomes for individuals with disabilities across the nation.
