Partnerships between health care and community-based social services organizations have been shown to improve health outcomes and lower costs. Today, ACL launched a Challenge Competition to spur development of the interoperable, statewide referral and analytics platforms needed to enable these partnerships.

In March of 1972, Congress enacted the National Senior Nutrition programs. To honor that milestone, ACL is celebrating all month long! We need your help.
We want to highlight how you make your mark, one bite at a time through the Congregate Nutrition Program. Submit video or photos (with captions) of your site so it can be recognized by ACL on its website and Facebook page.
