ACL is proud to award more than $2.6 million in Elder Justice Innovation Grants to enhance protections for the rights of older adults and adults with disabilities who are in, or at risk of, guardianship or conservatorship and to improve adult protective services approaches to cases involving opioids and substance use disorders.

ACL is pleased to announce 10 new awards for the 2022 Alzheimer's Disease Programs Initiative (ADPI) – Grants to States and Communities program.

ACL announces three new discretionary grant awards in response to the Assistive Technology (AT) Alternative Financing Program (AFP) Funding Opportunity Announcement, HHS-2022-ACL-CIP-ATTF-0055. The grant awards total $1,981,653.

ACL is pleased to announce a new grant award to the Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs (ATAP) for the AT3 Center, Accessibility Training, Technical Assistance, AT Programs - AT3 Center.

In response to the growing elder rights and legal assistance needs of older Americans, ACL has awarded a total of $819,455 in three-year Legal Assistance Enhancement Program (LAEP) grants to Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc., Iowa Legal Aid, Montana Legal Services Association, and Prairie State Legal Services, Inc.
