On May 9, 2019, ACL published an update to the agency's Statement of Organization, Functions, and Delegations of Authority in the Federal Register to reflect a reorganization of ACL, which took effect on May 2, 2019, and will be implemented by early August 2019.

Tomorrow, May 8, at 2:30pm ET, ACL Administrator and Assistant Secretary for Aging Lance Robertson will be testifying on before the Senate Special Committee on Aging. The hearing is titled "The Older Americans Act: Protecting and Supporting Seniors as they Age." His testimony will focus on the Act and reauthorization.
