The presentation will cover the part of the waiver application where the state outlines its process for responding to critical incidents, safeguards it has in place around the use of restraints and seclusion, and its protocols for medication management, if applicable. The webinar will also cover how stakeholders can have an impact on the application and why the protections outlined in Appendix G are important.
